End User License Agreement (EULA) for Heypal

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and Heypal (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the Heypal mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. License Grant
Heypal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions
You agree not to:

Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.

Transfer, sublicense, or lease the App to any third party.

Use automated scripts, bots, or any means to access or interact with the App.

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights while using the App.

3. User Accounts & Data
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this Agreement.

4. Subscription & Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms and pricing displayed within the App.

Payments are processed through third-party platforms (Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms.

5. Content & Moderation
You are responsible for the content you share on the App.

Heypal reserves the right to remove or moderate content that violates community guidelines.

Users found engaging in harassment, inappropriate behavior, or illegal activities will be banned.

6. Privacy & Data Collection
Heypal collects and processes user data as described in our Privacy Policy [insert link].

Your data is protected and not shared with unauthorized third parties.

7. Termination
Heypal reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violations of this Agreement, illegal activities, or at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or compatibility with all devices.

9. Limitation of Liability
Heypal and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of HONG KONG.

11. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
