• Heypal may remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Heypal shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by account suspensions or terminations resulting from policy violations.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

  • If the account receives more than five (5) reports from other users regarding violations of Heypal’s policies.

  • If our detection software identifies the user as being under the age of 18.

  • If any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities are suspected.

• Users may delete their accounts at any time, but some data may be retained for legal compliance.

• In the case of reported accounts, Heypal’s support team may conduct an in-depth investigation to gather all necessary information. During this process, the account may remain suspended or restricted until the investigation is concluded.

10. Refund Policy

• Heypal reserves the right to refuse any refunds in cases where an account has been suspended or terminated due to violations of these Terms.

• If any claims or disputes arise, Heypal has the full authority to cease all services to the account without reimbursement.
